How we work
How a job runs
First visit
Email us what you want done, ideally with photos. We come round, look and measure everything.
Quote
You get a quote broken down per item, so you see what the labour costs and what the materials cost.
The work
We start on the agreed date. Each week you know what is happening and what comes next.
Handover
We walk through everything together. Anything not right yet gets fixed before we close the job.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to buy the materials myself?
You can, but you don't have to. We can buy tiles, flooring and sanitary ware through our suppliers. If you buy them yourself, we check beforehand that they suit your situation.
Can I stay at home during the work?
For most jobs, yes. We work room by room, cover floors and stairs and clean up every day. For a bathroom we agree in advance how you will shower during those weeks.
How do I request a quote?
Email info@60renovatie.nl or fill in the quote form. Describe what you want, name your town and attach photos of the room. Then we plan a visit.
Why can't I call you?
We only work by email. That way every question and every agreement is in writing and nothing gets lost between jobs.
Can you fit underfloor heating in an existing house?
Yes. We mill channels into the existing screed or lay a system on top, connect it and level afterwards. What fits depends on your floor and your boiler.
