We first check that the subfloor is level and dry. Then we lay a suitable underlay and the laminate, cut neatly around door frames and pipes.
If you have underfloor heating, we choose an underlay that is suitable for it. We finish with skirting boards that line up neatly with doors and frames.

Vinyl is hard-wearing and handles moisture, which is why we also lay it in kitchens, toilets and bathrooms. It works with underfloor heating.
A glue-down floor needs a level subfloor; we prepare that first if needed. A click floor is laid floating on an underlay.

Unevenness in the screed shows through a thin floor such as vinyl. We clean the subfloor, apply a primer and pour a levelling layer.

In an existing screed we mill channels for the pipes, or we lay a system on top of the floor. We connect it to your installation and level the floor afterwards.

On request we fit an LED strip under every tread, as on our staircase with oak treads and white risers.
